Pick of the week!!

35. Everton - Liverpool 1 @ 2,65 Pinnacle
With a win at Birmigham Evertou the usually slowly starters began turning things around. Club is stable, manager once again proved me wrong and seems to stay with club and Everton is really well organised. I could have some reservations about lineup 4-5-1 even at home games with bottom teams which denies winning convincingly.
Liverpool saga about taking over seems to have and and and even if the future may be bright without new signings this team just can not target highest achievements. Roy Hodgson is good but maybe for bottom clubs, if Liverpool has high aspirations managers must be ot good but excellent, one of the top managers in the world. Squad is not deep, some players are tired, Torres has bad healths conditions from time to time. Even if takeover is a good kickstart for the club I doubt they achieve wins anytime soon with this squad. They can not count on mercy on Merseyside derby.
Absolute cracker game for today let's hope Everton will take advantage of Liverpool turmoil. Home win
I will not touch the second game because one of my main sins is that I stick for or against club - maybe it's sometimes profitable but clubs like Tottenham and Man City are winning a lot in the last times. I personally doubt Blackpool wil lose this game but no bet.
Have a nice day

Premiership picks for weekend 16-17.10.2010

30. Arsenal - Birmingham over 3 @ 1,9 Pinnacle
31. Fulham - Tottenham Fulham + 0.5 @ 1,58 188bet
32. MU - WBA WBA +1,75 @ 1,9 SBObet
33. Wolves - West Ham 2 @ 3,52 Pinnacle
34. Aston Villa - Chelsea Aston Villa + 0.75 @ 1,77 Expekt

A few words as usual ;)
Arsenal in big injury crisis; also they have shaky and unstable goalkeepeers which make fans scared everytime they touch the ball. In scenario 'over 3 goals' we have: fried or scrambled eggs by Arsenal (6-0 or 4-0) which is very unlikely before Champions league games or high scoring draw - another Arsenal defeat is hard to imagine. With Cameron Jerome, Zigic or MacFadden they have strikeforce able to hurt unstable defence of hosts. As Arsenal plays at home we can also be certain they will create twenty something situations, hopefully they will cover line.
75 % of Tottenham power represents new signing Rafael Van Der Vaart. He wol game with Aston Villa through one man show and this club owes me something. Before CL midweek they can save top strikers and Fulham unbeaten this season this game has draw painted all over the pitch.
Wolves are s(t)inking towards Championship steadily, they started good but only win was with depleted Sunderland at that time. West Ham after extremely tough schedule and unlucky defeat with Bolton started collecting pints. This is relegation battle and Wolves are not favourites at all.
MU is also sinking (of course let's save proportions for them sinking is fourth place). Rooney is over there - totally bad form and I really doubt he will ever be pitched maybe for some kind of farewell game nothing mre. Valencia out and strikeforce relies on Berbatov. WBA sensation of the season after very tough schedule just behind Champions League spot and hopefully they will survive and get something of this game. United are vulnerable at the moment and they will have ifficulties to sign notable players as debts are at critical level.
Chelsea has only two days rest until Spartak game and draw for them will definitely not be a tragedy. Big chance to rest strikers, anyone can check squad before kickoff but I am going for Villa. They are still power at home and very inconvenient rival for Chelsea.  I see the score 2-1 for the Villains but let's take huge handicap in current situation.
Good luck for today and tomorrow BET OF THE WEEK with big confidence. Have a nice day

EM 2012 Qualifiers 2010.10.12

28. England - Montenegro under 2,75 @ 1,9 bet365
29. Scotland - Spain 2 +
Faroe  Islands - Northern Ireland 2 @ 1,86 Unibet

I see England game as a similarity between games on WC with Algeria or Slovenia, not sure they score goal or not but hard to see guest scoring and in current squad crisis 1-0 is completely satisfying.
Scotland this time can be overish Levein announces changes in formation so Spaniards if only a bit improve their efficiency will score at least three.
Northern Ireland very good start and also huge gap between teams. Away wins

EM 2012 Qualifiers

26. Wales - Bulgaria 2 @ 2.89 Pinnacle
27. Czech Rep - Scotland 1 @ 1.67 William Hill
I am very sceptical as it goes for teams like Wales, Scotland etc. They have big ambitions without justification and level of play is low. Wales for this game without manager and core of team, of course Bulgaria no much better level and motivation also big players jumped away of the ship but I see rather Bulgaria than Wales.
Craig Levein for Scotland on the bench means as they play without manager. Lee McCulloch suspended for the trip to Prague and Scott Brown, Paul Hartley and Kevin Thomson missing through injury. Home win

September Summary:
After 25 picks we have -1,81 units maybe not the best start but also not worst. After ten first picks it was nightmare but the difference with me is life goes on and will go on. It was good decision to stick with teams who failed to win in first weekend like Stoke or Blackburn as they outplayed rivals despite draws and won next games away.
It was a little bit strange for Champions League all English teams were depleted by injuries and all of them won so I decided to take midweek action it did not pay back this time.
Recent picks: Wigan with Al Habsi means clean sheet usually, what a difference from joker Kirkland, Wolves should this time go down finally, Liverpool confirmed they are much lower even from my expectations and we will play against them unless big investor will come. It's a big pity they did not lose at home with Sunderland where I set a trap for them but with much weaker Blackpool I cashed in much lower odds. Tottenham - Aston Villa - game went my way but then one man show turned it over - it happens. Chelsea - Arsenal very obvious pick in current situation and it could not go other way. Everton surprisingly won first game of the season with team unbeaten at home for over a year. As I expected MU failed to win another away game but with this case I put too much belief in Sunderland and City - Newcastle was unsuccessful hunting for high odds.
Now international break I will try to pick results for teams like England, Wales or Scotland. Anyway life goes on and is not boring definitely :)
Have a good week everybody and see you around Friday

Premiership picks for weekend 02-03.10.2010

23. Man City - Newcastle 2 DNB @ 5,50 William Hill
24. Liverpool - Blackpool Blackpool +1,5 @ 2 188bet
25. Chelsea - Arsenal Chelsea -0.75 @ 1,92 Pinnacle

Today extremely tired (also from thinking and discussing over games) so no long preview. Newcastle pick looks strange but look at their last result, under very realistic. Liverpool of course can win 4-0 but I just don't believe - all the time against Reds. Chelsea just too strong

Tomorrow after 25 picks summary and conclusions

Premiership picks for weekend 02-03.10.2010

19. Wigan-Wolves 1 @ 2,32 188bet
20. Birmingham - Everton Birmingham DNB @ 2,10 188bet
21. Sunderland -MU 1 @ 5,50 Ladbrokes
22. Tottenham - Aston Villa Villa + 0.5 @ 2,08 188bet

Early game: mugfest but to have some emotions 1. To be honest both 'sheams' should be relegated last year Wigan rescued themselves winning at home with Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool, Wolves done double against Tottenham and Burnley - today full focus on clean sheet by Wigan - Al Habsi in goal and it makes slight edge - for 2,32 worth to try
I think tim is up this time for Moyes - no conclusions, all the time the same line-up and tactics, how to win a game without scoring goals? I thought many times he can run away to richer club or he's gonna be dismissed - nothing such like this happened yet. This time after defeat everything could be over.
Miracles in Champions League - all four English teams were with injuries ald all of they won  -at weekend before they got saghtered - today 'I predict a riot' and another slaghterhouse - still many injuries United tragic defence, I decided to play on Sunderland because they drew already with Arsenal - this time another scenario must be.
Aston Villa brilliant results under Houllier last hard fought win and they can snatch a draw if nothing more from tired Tottenham - it's a bit strange teams playing on Wednesday play today and teams from Tuesday play tomorrow - where is a logic here? This is argument agaist Champions LeagueTeams - Sunderland home win! Villa win or draw
See you tomorrow
