Arsenal was a struggling for top 4 team (usually finish fourth sometimes easy, sometimes not) until Alexis Sanchez appointment who made a positive impact and this is their top 4 ticket forever for next many years, but they might think they can get something more. And they have chance even for second place! Title would be very big surprise still but they can finish second next three years in a row and I would not be surprised.
second turnaround was benching Szczesny and replacing him with brilliant Ospina and Arsenal is the best team of 2015, series of wins came exactly after benching Szczesny. Yes they struggled to convert chances last two games but look what healthy team has done to WBA, team stronger than Aston Villa, with a much better manager last week 4-1!!! and over was before HT.

Now Villa. This team is a false hero, yes they had some wins since Tim Sherwood appointments but practically all of them was like a maximal fluke (if not a deal) like with West Brom, used wobble of Tottenham, and all the rest was against totally unmotivated opposition. They even managet to lose with Newcastle, Burnley at home. If they will sell Benteke in the summer (60% they will) they will be in a very big trouble next season. Tim Sherwood is a managerial clown, I will always repeat this, he will have a good press and will be pushed into the light as he is 'young, English, managerial talent' - complete bullshit!

Considering this is a final and in normal circumstances Arsenal should win 4-1 5-1 there are some issues. Benteke might be allowed to score to sell him more expensive in summer (every game in PL is a product placement, Arsenal should have a lot of cahnces as they can not defend and if Szczesny will be allowed to play this is a big risk Arsenal will lose this game, so no point to go for Arsenal in regular time in odds like 1,6. No arguments for Aston Villa either as this is one of the poorest teams in PL
